Stressed? What to do when this problem comes? Go on vacation or shopping?

There are many ways to help you forget the stress that leads to depression. Since each person has stress experiences. But before you know you get stressed, have you ever noticed that your lifestyle open more opportunities for stress.

What kind of lifestyle that makes a potentially stressful?
Lifestyles that can make a person stress as:

1. Too much work without balance

You claim as a workaholic? No matter if your workaholics balance with doing sports, hobbies or things outside of work in the rest of your life. Work hard without a break is possible to make your stress. Therefore, even if you have busy schedules slip in your little activity and don’t need to be out of office.

2. Monotonous routine

Although not make you dizzy, but the monotonous activities schedule and routines can be ‘dry’ emotions or your mood. Routines make your way in life in auto mode and you can’t enjoy your day. You become sensitive, feeling stuck, so that the stress appears. Break your routine in order to live life more dynamic. For example change the position of your office desk.

3. No Supportive Resources

If indeed you are responsible, that does not mean you work alone. Having major responsibility is likely to make you overwhelmed. Thoughts like “If you leave a day, then all the work to fall apart” just make you stress and depression. Believe in your colleagues. If you work too much, why do not you just delegate that task to someone you know?! Your burden will be reduced.

4. Lack of social support

Just as a co-worker who could ease the burden of responsibility, you also need a shoulder to cry on to devote your emotional burden. Alienation without having someone as a place to tell when you’re having problems can be a driving factor of stress.

5. No time for hobbies

As someone who is pursuing a career, it seemed time for hobbies like feels like a waste of time. You prefer using free time as a forum to lobby against the employer or plan future projects and very good hobby for you to feel relaxed and at ease. Those who have never taken the time to relax or stress relaxation tends to quickly when facing problems.

6. Sleep deprivation

People usually do not realize the importance of meeting the needs of sleep. And if you lack sleep, you are not concentrating, not productive at work, and quick emotion when the problem. If this continues over time, it is not impossible you experience stress.

7. Less time

Part of a healthy lifestyle is to have free time. Make the best of your free time with fun activity. Activity could provide a fresh diversion from the problems in your life. Vacation can be one answer. Vacation can make you able to explore yourself more deeply and discover new sides of yourself. For those of you who have not had a holiday, take time off now and go on vacation!

How? It was recognized that lifestyle can trigger stress. If you already understand it, means you already preparing for 2010!
