There are some things you shouldn’t do when you sleep. What are they?
1. Wear a watch
Watch can emit a certain level radioactive waste. Although it relatively small, if you wear a watch in a long time while you sleep, it cause bad effects on health.
2. Wearing a bra
According to scientists in America, wearing a bra more than 12 hours a day, cause a greater risk for breast cancer. So, release.
3. Makeup
You might have skin problems if you often fell asleep while using make-up. This is due to skin difficulties breathing and make sweat. So, free your skin to keep it beautiful.
4. Bringing mobile phone
It is not recommended to put a mobile phone near the bed, on the side of the pillow. Many of us use the phone alarm to get up early, but keep the place as far as possible.
The scientists found that the electrical devices, including mobile phones and televisions, emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can interfere with our nervous system.
So keep away from us at night, or just turn off our mobile phone.
